Returns & Refund Eligibility
We care deeply about your experience and want you to feel confident in every order. If you happen to receive a product that’s damaged or defective, we’ll make it right.

📝 How to Request a Refund:
Please reach out to us via WhatsApp or email, explaining the issue and including any photos if possible. If the claim is valid, your refund will be processed within 7 days from the purchase date.

🚫 Refunds Will Not Be Issued If:

  • The product is not returned in its original packaging
  • The product has been used or tampered with
  • There is a difference in quantity between what was delivered and what is returned
  • The item is marked as non-returnable or non-refundable
  • 💳 All refunds are processed to the original payment method only.
    Please allow up to 15 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

🔒 Please note: Orders shipped outside the UAE are not eligible for refunds.

Order Cancellation Guidelines
Changed your mind? That’s okay! You can cancel your order only if the delivery process hasn’t started yet.

To cancel, just message us on WhatsApp or send an email as early as possible. Once shipping has begun, cancellations are no longer accepted.

Exchange & Replacement Terms
Need to switch a product? We accept exchange requests only before dispatch. Once your order is out for delivery, we’re unable to process exchanges.

شروط الاسترجاع واسترداد المبالغ

نحرص على رضاكم ونسعى لتقديم أفضل خدمة ممكنة. إذا استلمتم منتجًا تالفًا أو معيبًا، يمكنكم التقدّم بطلب استرداد.

📝 كيفية تقديم طلب الاسترداد:

يرجى التواصل معنا عبر الواتساب أو البريد الإلكتروني مع شرح واضح للمشكلة وإرفاق صور إن أمكن. في حال كان الطلب مستحقًا، سيتم استرداد المبلغ خلال 7 أيام من تاريخ الشراء.

🚫 لا يُمكن الاسترداد في الحالات التالية:

  • إذا لم يتم إرجاع المنتج في تغليفه الأصلي
  • إذا كان المنتج مستخدمًا أو تم العبث به
  • إذا كان هناك تفاوت في الكمية بين ما تم تسليمه وما تم إرجاعه
  • إذا تم تصنيف المنتج كـ غير قابل للإرجاع أو الاسترداد

💳 يتم استرداد المبلغ فقط عبر وسيلة الدفع الأصلية، وقد يستغرق التحويل حتى 15 أيام عمل.

🔒 ملاحظة: الطلبات المرسلة خارج الإمارات غير قابلة للاسترداد.

سياسة إلغاء الطلب

إذا غيرت رأيك، يمكنك إلغاء الطلب فقط قبل بدء عملية الشحن.

يرجى مراسلتنا عبر الواتساب أو البريد الإلكتروني في أقرب وقت. لا يمكن إلغاء الطلب بعد بدء التوصيل.

شروط الاستبدال والتبديل

في حال رغبتك في استبدال المنتج، نقبل طلبات التبديل قبل إرسال الطلب فقط. بعد بدء الشحن، لا يمكن إجراء أي تغيير.
