Welcome to fabscents.ae. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to the terms outlined below. Please read them carefully before browsing or placing an order.
1. Website Use
By using our site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or accessing it under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. You agree not to misuse the site or engage in any unlawful activity through it.
2. Product Availability
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, change product details, or cancel orders at our discretion without prior notice. Our selection includes fragrance decants from our private collection and a limited quantity of full bottles, when available.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in AED and may change without notice. Orders must be paid in full at checkout using available payment options. Orders are only processed and shipped once payment is confirmed.
4. Order Confirmation
After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation message. However, order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel or modify any order due to inventory issues, pricing errors, or other unforeseen circumstances.
5. Shipping & Delivery – GCC Only
We currently ship to GCC countries only:

Shipping fees and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout. All deliveries are handled by third-party courier services. Please ensure that your shipping details are accurate to avoid delays.
6. Refunds & Returns – UAE Only
Refunds are available for UAE orders only, and only if the product arrives damaged or defective.
To qualify:

Request must be made within 7 days of purchase

Product must be unused, in original packaging, and returned in full

Visual proof (photos) must be provided
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 15 business days.
📌 No refunds or returns are available for orders delivered outside the UAE, including other GCC countries.
7. Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order before it is processed. Once processed, cancellations are not possible.
To cancel, please contact us via WhatsApp or email as soon as possible.
8. Exchanges
Exchange requests are accepted before processing only. After processing, exchanges cannot be made.
For exchange requests, please contact us directly.
9. Brand Affiliation & Image Use
fabscents.ae is an independent seller operating under a valid trade license issued in Dubai.
We specialize in decanting from a private fragrance collection.
We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to any of the fragrance brands featured on our website.
Some product images used may belong to the original trademark holders. These images are used for descriptive and illustrative purposes only, and we do not claim ownership.
If a brand owner requests the removal of their product or imagery from our website, we will comply promptly and respectfully.
10. Use of Brand Names
Brand names are mentioned solely for identification purposes to help customers recognize the fragrances we decant from. Use of any trademarked names does not imply affiliation or endorsement by the brand owner. All trademarks and rights belong to their respective owners.
11. Intellectual Property
All original content on fabscents.ae — including but not limited to written descriptions, website layout, logo design, and product text — is the property of fabscents.ae and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written permission.
Some product images used on this website may be sourced from publicly available materials or belong to their respective trademark owners. These images are used strictly for illustrative and identification purposes. fabscents.ae does not claim ownership of these images and acknowledges all rights belong to their original brand owners.
12. Privacy & Data Protection
We are committed to protecting your privacy. Any personal data collected through our website is handled securely and in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Your information will never be sold or shared without your consent.
